Roasted Cauliflower with Paprika and Cumin

My husband and I are addicted to this crunchy caramelized cauliflower! Neither of us were a fan of cauliflower until our taste buds met this delicious dish.

This is an easy, hands-off recipe that goes great with meat or fish. I usually double the recipe since we enjoy it for leftovers as well. You could even toss it in a salad or soup the next day. The trick here is to contain the mess in one pan only!

Ingredients

  • 2 heads cauliflower, stems removed and florets separated (see image above)
  • Smokey paprika
  • Ground cumin
  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil

Directions

1. Place cauliflower florets on a baking sheet.

2. Massage oil into cauliflower with hands and sprinkle with spices.

3. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Broil for a few minutes more if the cauliflower is not golden brown.

Tips + Tricks

Prepare this dish using one pan only!

Add salt and pepper after it’s cooked for more flavor.

Bring in the leftovers as part of your lunch the next day.
